These terms govern your use of nyxoria.net, your Nyxoria account and any tickets you purchase for NYX events. By accessing the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, please read them before buying.

1. Who we are
Nyxoria ("Nyxoria", "we", "us") is an entertainment company operating live events, festivals, production, a record label, artist management and a creative studio. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
2. Use of the website and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and purchase tickets. Individual events may carry stricter age limits, stated on the event page and enforced at the door.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and checkout, and to keep it current, tickets and receipts are delivered to the email on your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
- You may not use the website for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and we may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms.
3. Event information and pricing
- We strive to keep event descriptions, line-ups, schedules and prices accurate, but programmes can change: artists, set times and event content may be adjusted without notice. Such changes alone do not entitle you to a refund.
- Prices are shown at checkout in the event's currency and are subject to change without notice for future purchases; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
- Promotions and discounts, when offered, are valid for a limited time and may carry additional conditions.
- If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we may cancel it and refund any amount paid in full.
4. Orders and payments
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase and reserves your tickets; the order is confirmed once payment is received and verified.
- Payment can be made by card through our payment partner PayHere, by bank transfer, or at the venue, options are shown at checkout and in your order email.
- Card payments are processed entirely by PayHere as a trusted third-party processor. We never store and never have access to your full card details.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example on suspected fraud, pricing errors or availability problems. Any amount already paid on a cancelled order is refunded.
- Unpaid reservations may be released after a reasonable settlement window. Ticket quantities per order may be limited.
5. Tickets
- Each ticket carries a unique QR code delivered to your account and email. Entry is granted on the first valid scan, treat your QR code like cash and do not share or post it.
- Tickets are personal licences to attend an event. They may not be resold commercially, bundled or used in promotions without our written consent; tickets in breach may be cancelled.
- Lost access to a ticket? Contact [email protected]we can reissue the QR code of a validly held ticket.
6. Refunds, changes and cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: cancelled events are refunded in full, rescheduled events give you the choice of keeping your ticket or requesting a refund, and tickets are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires.
7. At the event
- Entry is subject to the venue's rules, stated age limits, and security checks. We may refuse entry to or remove anyone endangering safety or disrupting the event, without refund.
- Events involve loud music, lighting effects and large crowds, attend at your own discretion.
- Professional recording at events requires prior accreditation.
- We may capture photo and video at events for documentation and promotion; by attending you consent to appearing incidentally in such material.
8. Intellectual property
- All content and materials on nyxoria.net, names, marks, logos, artwork, design, text, images and code, are protected by intellectual-property rights and belong to Nyxoria or its licensors.
- You may not use, reproduce, distribute or modify any of it without our prior written consent.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, scrape it at scale or misuse the ticketing system.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyxoria and its directors, employees and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at an event.
- Our total liability in connection with the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Except as expressly stated, the website and events are provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Amendments
We may modify or update these terms at any time. The date above shows the current version; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
